  - Seems ok
Click on Add Event. Add a Daily event such as Pickleball in the Morning. Change the ToDate to be just one week from today. Did TellMe show the events you would expect?
No - It showed me the "pull-down" menu to pick Daily and I could scroll through the choices (I'm using an iPhone), but when I selected "Done" it did not actually select "Daily." I tried and successfully selected "Weekly," then could go back and pick "Daily.&qu
Add a Weekly event such as Church starting on Nov 1st at 9:30am. It will show you the first 10 dates it created. Any questions?
Yes - I tried to add a weekly repeating event, called "blah blah." From Date was Nov 12, 2015 and To Date was Dec 31, 9999 (not that I expect to be around then). The sample dates don't look right: Thursday 11-12-2015 Wednesday 12-31-1969 Wednesday 12-31-1969 Wednesday 12-31-1969 etc.
Add a Monthly event such as Wash the Car. Set the FromDate to Nov 1st and the ToDate to 6 months later. Did it create 6 events? Any questions or comments?
Yes - The "To" date defaults to the year "9999", and the "sample dates" are correct for the Start date, but recurring dates are all Wednesday 12-31-1969.
Add Annual events. Add all your family's birthdays. Click on the Down Arrows to see if the birthdays are on the correct dates. Any comments?
Yes - I'm not sure what to do with the "Every" blank, just FYI. I added "Morgan birthday" and the repeating dates are all "Tuesday 06-21-2016" (which is the start date I selected.)
Did you notice the change in the Time entry? If you click on Exact Time, the time field is shown. Is this better than our previous interface?
No - I'm sorry, I don't remember! ;( No complaints about it though
Add a fake task for Today in the Morning. Then Edit the task and change the time to 10:30am. Finally Delete the task. Did everything go as planned?
No - I added a task(s) called "Fake" and "Fake2", for today's morning, but when I went to view them, I did not see them on the schedule.
How do you rate TellMe so far?
Good - Promising! This is the first time I tried using it on my iPhone and experienced some bugs. It seemed to work (the previous times) just fine with my laptop.

Sue - Adding Events - Questionnaire #5
Launch TellMe and click on Log In. Enter your UserName and Password. Your previously entered events will be shown. Use Finish, Postpone, Skip, Waiting and the new Delete to clean up your events. Any problems or comments?
  - How do I delete a finished task? Note: Using MacBook Air this time. Easier to have two tabs open, one for survey questions and one for the site. I haven't tried to open 2 tabs on my Samsung Galaxy phone yet.
Click on Add Event. Add a Daily event such as Pickleball in the Morning. Change the ToDate to be just one week from today. Did TellMe show the events you would expect?
Yes - Yes, once I fixed the "every" default from -1, which gave me dates starting in 1969!
Add a Weekly event such as Church starting on Nov 1st at 9:30am. It will show you the first 10 dates it created. Any questions?
 No -
Add a Monthly event such as Wash the Car. Set the FromDate to Nov 1st and the ToDate to 6 months later. Did it create 6 events? Any questions or comments?
No - Even though I did the To Date thru May 2016, it gave me 10 events through Aug. 2016.
Add Annual events. Add all your family's birthdays. Click on the Down Arrows to see if the birthdays are on the correct dates. Any comments?
Yes - How do I view annual events? I can't see beyond 11-22. Don't know where I would use down arrows. Must have missed a tutorial. (Note: didn't add ALL birthdays--I have more than 200 noted! No time to do that this a.m.!)
Did you notice the change in the Time entry? If you click on Exact Time, the time field is shown. Is this better than our previous interface?
Yes - Have to assume it's better. Did not notice before. Sorry.
Add a fake task for Today in the Morning. Then Edit the task and change the time to 10:30am. Finally Delete the task. Did everything go as planned?
No - Instead of 10:30 a.m., it changed the time to 9:25 a.m. (the current time of when I made the change).
How do you rate TellMe so far?
Good - Only "good" because I'm sure it's me and lack of practice!

Sue - Adding Tasks - Questionnaire #4
Click on Menu > Personal Settings and select your Time Zone. What device are you using? Does your device show a single choice for Time Zone or does it show all eight choices?
  - Samsung Galaxy Note 4 shows all choices.
Click on Menu > MyAccount > Update my profile and remove your Last Name for more security. The Name field appears on the Show Event page only. You could even use your own "Handle" so no one knows who you are!
  - If I use a fake name and forget it, are there hints?
On the Home page click on FAQ's and read "Can I enter a To Do List". This week you can only Add Tasks. But, do you understand the concept of tasks, events and services? If no, please comment.
  - Yes.
Please read FAQ "What is a Time Span?". Some reviewers commented that there is no need for Time Span. We beg to differ and think it is a great option to not have to take the effort to enter a Time. What do you think?
  - Time span is useful for me.
Back to the Demo. You should not have any listed events. Click on Add Task, enter Title and Notes. The Title appears on Show Events. The Notes are shown if you click on an event. Any problems or comments?
Yes - Can enter task, title and notes but can't review them so can't do 6-9. Error message: error running history query.(column event type in field list is ambiguous.)
Add more actual tasks. Change the Time Span or use Exact Time. Click on an event and change date and/or time. Did it move as you expected?

We show two weeks of events. We could show more than two requiring more scrolling. With the Up/Down controls you can move a day, week, month or year. Is two weeks the right size? If no, please comment.

Stephanie - Adding Services - Questionnaire #6
Events: If you had previously added a set of recurring Events and now want to delete them: Click on one event then click on Delete all scheduled dates for this event. Did it work okay?
 Yes -
Add an event using the EVERY keyword. Such as, Work out in Gym Daily Every 2 (every other day). If you don't have such as event, add a test event, then Delete all. Any problems or suggestions?
 Yes -
For those who will use the Services feature. Equipment: Click on Menu > Edit Equipment and add any vehicles or generator on which you wish to keep a maintenance record. Any problems?
Yes - I tried to add our motorhome, filling in all the blanks and got the following error message - There was an error running the Equipment query [Unknown column 'EquipmentLastUnits' in 'field list'] I got the same error when I tried to add a generator.
For those who will use the Services feature: Services: Click on Show Schedule > Add Service > click on your equipment > Select > click on a service > Select > and fill in the service details > Add. Describe your feelings about this process. Any way to simplify it or make it easier to understand?
  - Since I couldn't add equipment, I didn't add any service.
Each page of the Member's site has a Help button. If you were confused about any page, please repeat that page and click on Help. Does the Help need to be clarified? If yes, please explain.
Yes - The directions were clear - but not what to do in case of an error message. Sorry this is so late - but we were moving, etc.Oh, and that holiday thing! :)

Stephanie - Adding Events - Questionnaire #5
Launch TellMe and click on Log In. Enter your UserName and Password. Your previously entered events will be shown. Use Finish, Postpone, Skip, Waiting and the new Delete to clean up your events. Any problems or comments?
  - Everything moved just fine. I postponed my postponed item again, and it automatically moved it to tomorrow. I liked that I could enter a new date if desired.
Click on Add Event. Add a Daily event such as Pickleball in the Morning. Change the ToDate to be just one week from today. Did TellMe show the events you would expect?
Yes - Maybe I'm just tired from being on the road for two days, but backing up the ToDate from 9999 to 2015 was a bit tedious. (I went on to the next questions and then realized that I had added two of the same daily events. Although I could see how to delete each event each day, I couldn't see how to ac
Add a Weekly event such as Church starting on Nov 1st at 9:30am. It will show you the first 10 dates it created. Any questions?
Yes - Just the 9999 thing again. Otherwise, it makes sense.
Add a Monthly event such as Wash the Car. Set the FromDate to Nov 1st and the ToDate to 6 months later. Did it create 6 events? Any questions or comments?
Yes - Ran into the same "unable to delete complete event" - just the individual instances of it. I forgot to change the ToDate to just 6 months,so it's showing from now until 2020 (much better than 9999, btw). So, if I open an instance of the event I can delete it. No problem. But if I go into E
Add Annual events. Add all your family's birthdays. Click on the Down Arrows to see if the birthdays are on the correct dates. Any comments?
No - This seemed to work fine. Will there be any reminders built in for birthdays and other annual events?
Did you notice the change in the Time entry? If you click on Exact Time, the time field is shown. Is this better than our previous interface?
Yes - It makes sense - once you know that you can find the "exact time" spot in the dial.
Add a fake task for Today in the Morning. Then Edit the task and change the time to 10:30am. Finally Delete the task. Did everything go as planned?
 Yes -
How do you rate TellMe so far?
Good - I'm still new at this type of scheduler, so I'm still working through my thought process of whether or not it will be useful to me.

Stephanie - Adding Tasks - Questionnaire #4
Click on Menu > Personal Settings and select your Time Zone. What device are you using? Does your device show a single choice for Time Zone or does it show all eight choices?
  - I'm doing the survey on my computer, but using Tell Me on my iPhone. My time zones showed 7 choices.
Click on Menu > MyAccount > Update my profile and remove your Last Name for more security. The Name field appears on the Show Event page only. You could even use your own "Handle" so no one knows who you are!
  - This makes sense.
On the Home page click on FAQ's and read "Can I enter a To Do List". This week you can only Add Tasks. But, do you understand the concept of tasks, events and services? If no, please comment.
  - The concept makes sense. Time will tell if the reality will!
Please read FAQ "What is a Time Span?". Some reviewers commented that there is no need for Time Span. We beg to differ and think it is a great option to not have to take the effort to enter a Time. What do you think?
  - I like the idea of a time span. Having a general order for tasks/events/svcs would be helpful.
Back to the Demo. You should not have any listed events. Click on Add Task, enter Title and Notes. The Title appears on Show Events. The Notes are shown if you click on an event. Any problems or comments?
Yes - Title and Notes appeared fine.
Add more actual tasks. Change the Time Span or use Exact Time. Click on an event and change date and/or time. Did it move as you expected?
No - I was surprised that the task I entered that had an exact time did not list that time in the Show Events. It was in the correct order, but did not show the time. Do I need to enter the time in the title? That seems redundant.
Click on tasks and use the Finish, Postpone, Skip and Waiting buttons. Add more tasks. Do you have any questions about how to use the Add Task or Edit or other buttons.
  - Adding and editing are good (getting used to the scrolling option at the bottom of the screen). But what if I want to cancel a task? I guess that's the same as skipping it? I did 'skip' an event and it marked it with an x, so I guess that's the same. If I have a monthly task, but I skip it one month
Make a list. Click on Add Task, set title to Grocery and enter your food items in the Notes area. Press an ENTER key after each item. Once added, click on the event and see your list. How do you like us so far?
  - I like being able to add things to a grocery list, but I'm not sure about assigning it to a day. My lists are pretty fluid and are always being added to. I guess it moves to the next day (question 9 :)).
Your questionnaire is complete. But we want you to see your Tasks move to the current day. Add a few tasks today and do NOT Finish them. Log in tomorrow and see that their dates changed to the current day. Thanks!
  - I'll see how logging in tomorrow will work - but I imagine all will be good. Glad to have the password thing straightened out (at least for today!).

Click on Demos > LogIn if needed > click on any event. Click on HELP and read. Do you understand all the button actions? If no, please comment.
No - I understand the button actions, but I don't understand why if I choose "skip", it's marked "Finished" instead of skipped. I did that before I did the questionnaire and found that confusing.I was surprised to see that it was marked as finished.Since it was not.
Click on any event. Use the Finish button to complete the event and add some notes. Then click on the event again and insure that your notes were posted. Was the complete time correct? If no, enter correct and wrong time.
No - Maybe just because it's sample data, but it is using the wrong time zone. Will there be somewhere to determine that? or will it pick up the time from the phone? It said 5:44, but it's actually 7:44 (Central)
Click on any event and choose Postpone. The default date should be tomorrow, was it? Change the date and add notes. Did the event move to new date? If any errors, please explain.
 Yes -
Choose any event and click on Skip and enter why you skipped it in the Notes. Check to see of the notes posted. Was everything posted correctly?
Yes - Note posted, but event was marked as finished. I found this confusing. Does skipping it move it somewhere, or does it just go away?
Choose another event and click on Waiting. Enter notes as to what you are waiting on. Review the event to see waiting message. Did everything post okay?
 Yes -
Did you have any more comments about how this program is progressing?

We show two weeks of events. We could show more than two requiring more scrolling. With the Up/Down controls you can move a day, week, month or year. Is two weeks the right size? If no, please comment.
Yes - Once you figure out that you can change your date parameters, it's easy enough to look past or future. I think two weeks is fine.
Ease of use is dramatically dependent on good wording. Was the purpose of the Show / Hide buttons immediately obvious?
No - I confess, they confused me when I looked at it on my computer. When the buttons "say" SHOW.. nothing shows. It might have been that it's early and I'd only had one cup of coffee.... It did
If you click on any event you will see full detail for that event and a list of future and past events. Then you can click on any of those events to see full detail of them. Is this a good method to see full info?
Yes - I clicked on "pay Verizon" and say all the finished event. However, I couldn't seem to actually Pay Verizon to show it as completed. Maybe I'm just missing something....
You have tasks that do not have a specific time; you just want to do them. Most of our demo events show no time. Those without times are marked as Morning, Midday, Evening and Night. Any comments about this?
  - I don't know if I'd be interested in assigning even a general time to something that just had to happen on a particular day (like a due date for a bill). Is that going to be optional?
We use colors for a purpose, such as RED for Past Due events. Are the colors acceptable? If no, please comment.
Should be changeable - Red is great for past due, but being able to color code activities by user set categories would be great. i.e. Health items - Green, RV Svc - Blue, Vehicle Svc - Black, Household Bills - Orange. Manic
Any final comments? Are we having fun yet?
  - Maybe not quite fun - but it sure is interesting! Trying to be 'real world' about this and appreciate the opportunity to be part of the beta team!
